1. Download the .prcl and .pltd template files from https://www.aldatubio.com/qpcr-templates/

.prcl (Protocol File): Defines the temperature, time, and gradient settings for the PCR run.
.pltd (Plate File): Contains well contents, fluorophores, and sample information.



USING THE .prcl PROTOCOL FILE

The .prcl file(s) provided by Aldatu Biosciences should be selected as the protocol when starting a User Defined run.



USING THE .pltd PLATE FILE
======================
The .pltd is pre-loaded with the three assay targets. 
The PANDAA Lassa Virus - Qualification Panel - Plate Template - CFX96.pltd file is pre-loaded with the sample layout for the PANDAA LASV Qualification Panel.


ANALYSIS SETTINGS
======================
It is not possible to save analysis settings in the template files, so when analysing the results: 

1. Select "Target" as the analysis mode.
2. Baseline setting: baseline subtracted curve fit.
3. Export: Use "Custom Export" and export to Excel 2007 (*.xlsx)
